  • How is this course structured?

    Most of the lessons are short videos. There are also downloadable documents.

  • Why are you doing this course?

    A key to everyone (our towns, states, countries, and the world) doing the best we can is having the right information. How each person and organization communicates and leads is going to be a critical factor to a successful outcome.

  • Why should I listen to you?

    For almost three decades I have experience working and planning for crisis situations. This includes experience in the Navy, government, and in the private sector. This work includes communication plans, action plans, and creating business continuity plans. This work has been done domestically, for international organizations and working in Washington, DC following 9/11. I have also taken communication courses and participated in a crisis communication simulation at Northwestern University to enhance my skills.

  • Why is it called a living workshop?

    The lessons are created depending on what is going on related to current events (Covid-19 as of the moment).
